He’s been to Rogers Centre to watch his favourite team play, and now he gets the opportunity to step on the turf at the Canadian Futures Showcase.

Since then, the Muenster product has been on a jet-setting trip through the Canadian baseball world.

After seeing all that Western Canada has to offer, Max Poirier is ready for something different.

Born in Saskatchewan, raised in B.C. and now trained in Alberta, the Dawgs Academy product has now committed to the University of Miami.

He’s coming off a stellar year where he played for the Baseball Canada Junior National Team and starred at the Canadian Futures Showcase.
