After seeing all that Western Canada has to offer, Max Poirier is ready for something different.

Born in Saskatchewan, raised in B.C. and now trained in Alberta, the Dawgs Academy product has now committed to the University of Miami.

He’s coming off a stellar year where he played for the Baseball Canada Junior National Team and starred at the Canadian Futures Showcase.

Jesson Keeps ‘Em Guessin’

Their current abode, Currie Field, is more than 60 years old and in need of major upgrades and repairs – ranging from only having one dressing room, a backstop that is held together with zip-ties and washroom facilities which operate off a septic tank system that can’t keep up with park usage.
